1. Who we are
Luftly is a registered trade name of Peachity LLC. Peachity LLC operates this website and the Luftly application from the United States and is responsible for the personal information described here.
Privacy questions and requests go to hello@luftly.com.
2. Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and login credentials, plus the organization and workspace memberships that control who can see your work.
You can add a brand profile, drafts, media, creative preferences, and instructions for the product. That material stays with your workspace.
If you connect a social account, we receive the profile identifiers and the access that network grants. Supported connections include LinkedIn, Instagram Business and Creator accounts, Facebook Pages, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Substack where a workspace is enabled for it. We store tokens and sessions encrypted. They are not shown in the browser after you connect, and we do not ask for your social password.
Our hosting and application logs may include an IP address, browser information, and request details so we can deliver the site, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. If you subscribe, our payment processor collects billing details. We receive subscription status and do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use it
We use account and brand information to run Luftly: planning, drafting, adapting, scheduling, and publishing the content you approve. Connected-account access is used only to publish, schedule, and read performance for that account, at your direction. LinkedIn content is sent only when you click Publish to LinkedIn.
Recommendations for a workspace are drawn from that workspace. We do not use one customer's brand, content, or connected accounts to generate work for another customer. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site advertising.
Your content and brand data are not used to train public or general AI models. Generation for your account uses your data only for that account.
4. Service providers and sharing
Supabase stores account and content data. Vercel hosts the application. OpenAI and Anthropic process the prompts required to generate content you request. A payment processor handles subscriptions when billing is on. A connected social network receives only the content you choose to publish, under that network's own terms.
Access is limited to people and providers who need it for these purposes. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer with the privacy protections that apply. We do not give one customer another customer's account or social credentials.
5. Storage and retention
Information is processed in the United States. We keep it while your account is active and as needed for security, backups, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it by email at hello@luftly.com. Credentials for a connected account are removed when you disconnect that account or close the workspace, apart from a short backup window. Disconnecting LinkedIn deletes the stored authorization, the LinkedIn account identifier, and LinkedIn post identifiers Luftly no longer needs.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and server-side authorization. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
Email hello@luftly.com to request access, correction, deletion, or an export. You can disconnect a social account in the product, and you can edit brand and content there. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Where the law where you live applies, you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a regulator.
You can read the public website without creating an account. Signups may be closed. An existing account can still sign in.
7. Children
Luftly is for adults and for the businesses they run. You must be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it.
8. Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice where it is required. The revision date is at the top of this page.
