Terms of Service

The terms for using the Luftly website, your account, and the social accounts you connect.

Effective October 7, 2026Last updated October 7, 2026

1. About these terms

Luftly is a registered trade name of Peachity LLC. These terms govern your use of the Luftly website and application. By using Luftly, you agree to them.

Questions can be sent to hello@luftly.com.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. You are responsible for your login and for activity in the workspaces you belong to. Keep your account information accurate, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Signups may be closed. While they are closed, an existing account or an invitation is required. Joining a waitlist or visiting the site is not a purchase and does not reserve a plan.

3. The product

Luftly helps you plan, draft, adapt, schedule, and publish content for your brand. AI output is a starting point. You review, edit, and approve content before it is published.

We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for what you publish.

4. Connected social accounts

Connecting an account authorizes Luftly to publish, schedule, and read performance for that account through the network's own API, using only the permissions you grant. Your personal LinkedIn profile is connected the same way a later customer's account is connected. It is not built into the product.

LinkedIn is different. Luftly can hold a LinkedIn draft until a time you choose, then mark it ready and notify you. The post is sent to LinkedIn only when you click Publish to LinkedIn. Disconnecting LinkedIn revokes and deletes the stored authorization.

Instagram publishing is limited to Business and Creator accounts. A personal Instagram account cannot be connected. Facebook publishing is to a Page you choose. YouTube publishing needs a video on the draft. Pinterest creates a pin on a board you can access. TikTok and Threads publish through their official posting APIs.

Substack Notes, when an administrator has enabled them for a workspace, use a session you provide. That path is unofficial. Substack can change or withdraw it, and a Note can publish when the scheduled job runs. Do not connect a Substack session unless you control that account.

You can disconnect an account in the product. You must follow each network's own rules. Luftly does not incorporate those networks' software.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create, upload, or import. You give Luftly a limited license to host, process, and display that content only to provide the service, including generation and the publishing you approve.

That license ends when you delete the content or close the account, apart from reasonable backups. Luftly's software, design, and branding stay ours. These terms do not give you rights to our trademarks or product.

6. Acceptable use

Provide accurate information and only submit content you have the right to share. Do not use Luftly unlawfully, try to reach another customer's data, bypass security, scrape or overload the service, impersonate someone, or publish content that breaks a connected network's rules.

Do not resell or sublicense Luftly without permission. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk.

7. Plans and billing

Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance in US dollars. You can cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period unless the offer you accepted says otherwise. We will tell you before a material price change.

Credits included with a plan reset each billing cycle. Credits you purchase separately remain until you use them. Included credits are used before purchased credits. We do not store your full card number.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Luftly available and the information on this site accurate. Interruptions happen, including at social networks and AI providers. Contact us if something looks wrong.

To the extent the law allows, Luftly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes a right that cannot legally be waived.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Contact us first if a concern comes up so we can try to resolve it.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the product develops. The revision date appears on this page. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.
